The Rececpion person - Isham - very thoughtfull, welcoming and helpful. Excellent recommendation for dinner in town. The Swimming Pool is absolutely fantastic The room was big and well equipped Bed was great

Propert has great staff like Mr Aziz who really is a great asset to that hotel.very warm helpfull gentleman at all level.all other staf are great too like Mr Abdou at front desk.every staff at the restaurant are all great

The pool and the balcony view was spectacular Staff great thanks to abdelwahed and Mostafa the breakfast team was very friendly and supportive

The rooms was very clean and the hotel it self was like a palace. I was impressed how the hotel has motion sensor lights, and how they keep the lights switched off in areas not in use avoiding unnecessary energy use.
